HLABC Consumer Health Portal
Members of the Health Libraries Association of BC "donated" their favourite links for consumer health information to create this wiki-style portal.
A large portal for health information created by the US National Library of Medicine. Search by the disease or disorder if possible. You can also search by drug name. Interactive tutorials on health topics, anatomy and surgery videos are also available.
The Merck Manuals in enhanced online versions as part of The Merck Manuals Online Medical Library. The Online Medical Library is updated periodically with new information, and contains photographs, and audio and video material not present in the print versions.
