Mindfulness: Reducing Stress and Increasing Well-being

Mindfulness has been found to be of great benefit for mental and physical health. This presentation will introduce the practice of mindfulness, the neuroscience behind it, and its benefits for well-being. Dr. Erika Horwitz will teach an introductory experiential mindfulness meditation, and provide practical strategies to learn to manage stress and negative thinking.
